Infection Control in our Milpitas dental office

Hepatitis, H1N1, MRSA, and Tuberculosis are just some of the very deadly diseases that can be easily transmitted in a dental office setting. The good news is that with proper infection control protocol our office can eliminate all of the above viruses, bacteria and fungal spores.

At Optimum Dental Care our philosophy is to treat every patient as if he or she is an active carrier of one of those deadly diseases mentioned above, then we can be assured that the next patient is safe.

To facilitate proper infection control we start with our office design where all the surfaces in the treatment rooms can be easily disinfected. All those that go into our patients' mouth are either disposable or sterilizable.

Commitment to proper infection control requires education, time and expenses, but it is a small price to pay in exchange for our peace of mind knowing that every patient receiving care in our Milpitas dental office is safe.
